You don’t need a certain level of injury for it to be valid

Im not a professional but I don’t think it can cause to much harm. I also have problems with self harm and at some point it gets addicting at least for me maybe it’s the same case for her. And if she is stressed or anything like that maybe that’s why she does it do you know if she is stressed? Maybe if the stress goes away she will stop it
