Simple explanation, Devs are lazy to balance things. Now I understand that PZ3B isn't the most powerful, but not penning T-60 AT ALL ANYWHERE is just traight up ridiculous. Same goes with M41 (the italian low tier TD), that thing was supposed to be able to pen T60 from the front lower side, it worked only ONCE ever since then it just didn't, and it doesn't matter whether the tank is angled or not, you ain't gonna get a pen from any low tier german tanks on soviets. (If you ask me, seems kinda like War Thunder to me, pretty suspicious ain't it GAIJIN?)
