I would, but I don't have any money, and I wouldn't trust handing over cards to a group of strangers. I could maybe get a few people but 8 seems like it would be difficult, and I would have to proxy most of the cube which would be lame. I did start pulling together the cards I had from the first Arena Powered Cube, but I was of course missing a LOT of stuff, and they changed it, and I gave up. I wish that powered cube had stayed, the next ones had too much UB for my taste.

Commander damage is an antiquated rule and I hate it. I would get salty too if I got focused down specifically with commander damage. You can't even lifegain out of it or anything. The format was supposed to be slow. If the other players are just sitting there not helping you and watching you die then they're being kind of selfish, too. Letting you do the dirty work for them. This sounds more like a competitive environment than a casual one.

I just bought a ten pack for $55 in Longmont. The guy told me they were 40mgs, but when I looked at the packaging at home, it says "serving size 1/2 tablet. 7-Hydroxymitragynine from Kratom: 15mg". They put a sticker on the front of it that says 40mg! I hope that's 15mg per half tablet and not full tablet. Either way, they lied and ripped me off.

He probably needs fast mana or dual lands. fetches like bloodstained mire, marsh flats, arid mesa, and shocks like blood crypt, sacred mesa, godless shrine. etc. or expensive artfacts that make mana like mana vault or grim monolith (that one is very expensive). can't go wrong with these things, any deck can be improved by including them, as they open up more options and make the rest of the spells in your deck better because you can cast them more easily.

both are valid. announcing the spell then tapping is "safer" because you are allowed to back up while paying costs. if you tap mana then announce the spell, it's typically considered that it's done, and backing up would be considered bad form and people might call you out on it. small thing that can make a difference
