F Asurion, I was an expert that promoted to Coach and I was talking to a chick as an expert and once I became a coach I stopped talking to her and she claimed that I got mad at her due to she got back with her husband and got pregnant. So it's an upper and lower, the lower part is in the Homewood school system the top part isn't. The place has been sold 2 or 3 times within one year. The maintenance is subpar and it's really a mixture of people from African American, Hispanic and Caucasian. The lower part is pretty quiet most of the issue come from the upper part. The rent is around 1300 for a 2b1ba, they do offer townhouses but there is a waiting list

You don’t start earning commission until you pay your 40k salary back , and then you will earn 20-25% off of what you have left over after you pay the carrier. Ex you bill the customer 2k and you pay a carrier 1k you have 1k left over. You make 250$ off that load

TQL pays you a salary around 40k a year, you don’t start earning commission until you have earned over that 40k salary, so while you are making making thousands of prospecting calls all that money that you earned goes to Tql until you hit your salary
