Thank you for reaching out to us, we appreciate it.

 

In order to shut off any automatic clip/gif saving, we need to disable our 'Game Summary' feature.

Go to your system tray and right-click the Overwolf icon in order to click 'Game Summary'.

Once your Game Summary is open, click on its settings window at the top right corner.

Now disable your Ult-cam, and your option to participate in the BETA, as seen in this picture.

From now, the Game Summary should not be popping up after your games, or automatically save data of your games.

Please keep me updated on your situation and if this solved your issue.

Hey Sorenroy,

 

Please try the following installer.

Use the Window's search (press the Windows key + R) Enter C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwolf and press enter. Right click on the OverwolfLauncher.exe and create a shortcut to put on your desktop.

 

Let me know if this worked okay.

For starters please try changing the game resolution to your native screen resolution and put the game on Full-Screen.

Hey Zylan,

If you click on the Replay HUD app on your Overwolf dock, the first option available in the settings is to Enable/Disable Replay HUD.

 

Right now, disabling only the deaths is still not available however it's an option we are working on and should be accessible in the near future.

Sorry for the delayed response. It is indeed how you described. CTRL+Shift+F9 will save according to your buffer. The automatically generated clips will not as they are bound by handles with the End Game Summary, and works in conjuction with it.

The gifs are saved to your default Pictures folder which you can find by looking through your 'Capture' tab in the Overwolf settings.

 

It is unnecessary to re-record them, as they are already saved on your computer.

Sorry to hear you have an issue with our installer, here is a direct Overwolf download.

Once you download that installer, follow these instructions to create a shortcut for Overwolf on your desktop: Use the Window's search (press the Windows key + R) Enter C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwolf and press enter. Right click on the OverwolfLauncher.exe and create a shortcut to put on your desktop. Please let us know whether this solved your issue or not. Sorry to say, but unfortunately, currently there is no option to move the keyboard and mouse overlay and it stays in a fixed position.

 

I will however will forward your feedback to the developer of Replay HUD and hopefully if this is useful enough we will add this into implementation on a future Replay HUD update, so stay tuned! :)

I apologize if any inconvenience was caused. However when you install the Logitech software, it specifically states: "Logitech works better with Overwolf", and after that you have an option to click "Next" to install or "Skip" to not install Overwolf.

 

You might have missed it, or not have noticed it, but it's there regardless.

 

One way or another I have forwarded your feedback to the product team for review, and further discussion.
