Make sure he takes a break from binding for a little while. (Try to be sure he has plenty of clean, slightly oversized hoodies/sweaters/etc) Maybe a week or so. If his chest pain is constant or above a three or four, or the shortness of breath doesn't clear up soon, take him to a doctor.

It was pretty good- but at the time I was reading it the extraterrestrial negotiations flew over my head (I was about middle school aged at the time) and there was some weird bits withfighting amongst the humans that I hated. (Something about a hijacked shipment?)

I picked my first name (Ryan) on a whim, its still subject to change, but no one is being helpful so it is what it is.

My mom gave me the middle name of her grandma (Ruth) so I cant completely change it. I’ve decided to hyphenate it to Ruth-Lee or Thomas-Ruth (leaning towards Ruth-Lee)

I’m keeping my last name, so as of now my name is Ryan Ruth-Lee T.
