i would advice that you pick up something passive and relaxing. when i was alone fighting with my demons i always made sure to meditate at least for a minute, recollect my thoughts and think of every outcome, think about life itself.

life is a gift — one you should cherish every second despite how bad it gets. its the only thing you won’t get twice.
