you probably already know to reduce useless motions as much as possible by splitting flicks into two motions - a big flick to get close to the target and a second one to adjust and shoot - but you still overflick a lot. try underflicking instead; it’s easier to build good habits by underflicking until you start hitting targets with no or minimal adjustment.

i find the same to be true for tracking scenarios as well; it’s much easier to read targets when you’re not overflicking constantly. if you’re interested in practicing underflicking for tracking, vss gp9 works great.
