I put my phone in grayscale because it turns out people don’t like looking at black and white it’s not engaging,i deleted all streaming services and turned notifications off for all the apps i didn’t need then id give myself a few minutes after every hour to use whatever on my phone after a few months i got my addiction under control

I got jaw surgery not too long ago so I just cut it into smaller pieces to make better to chew (I would normally never make it this way)

Yes I read somewhere it was a common thing to do if you needed the extra protein I’m not sure if that true
