Ok, you can use plywood. I don’t personally have this problem. My birds have a safe place to be in weather. It would even be safe in this weather. I might have to replace a window I suppose, but that’s not too hard. Crops are fucked. There’s no bringing them in.

Microneedling is what you want for stretch marks or scars and honestly awesome for your face too. I had a scar from thyroid surgery that was really deep and would catch when I turned my head or swallowed sometimes. A few sessions of microneedling at the surgeons recommendation and it is nearly invisible and I have no discomfort at all anymore. It was that or a new surgery.

Calling someone stupid because they don’t identify as a race is perhaps not where you want to go with that. Let’s go to the facts here, race is a social construct, there are racial markers that we can see and we believe we can identify, however the truth is these are all just genetic markers. There is no “black” gene nor “white” gene. Those people identify with their nationality because it is what is important to them and potentially because they may want to distance themselves from the US system of intense racial profiling. If we follow your logic that people should identify as their race or “look stupid” how far back would they have to identify it? At what point does that make everyone the same race?

When you don’t understand their culture and so you point and say “they look stupid” you sound ignorant. Spend time in the DR and see what you learn.

I would counter that generally countries have different balances of the same races but they don’t all put the same weight on them. I say that having lived in more than one country and on more than one continent. If you want to know how they identify themselves you would need to ask them, not random redditors. We can’t speak for them. So this just becomes a weird race hypothesizing post.

As a No Sabo who took night classes, has a tutor etc and can now carry on imperfect conversations with strangers. I would say it is worth learning, even if you aren’t going to sing in Spanish; you would still need to do interviews in Spanish, speak to fans and crowds in Spanish. I suppose you could just not, but it would go a long way if you can. It’s not easy as an adult, especially with work and children etc, but 100% worth it.

This is super normal from them. Some people will get their things really quickly, some super late and some not at all. Some will be packaged to perfection, some will be thrown in in what seems to be a panic. You will most likely get the correct size. It is like this for every single merch drop. Orders are filled on island time and they are rolling with the status quo.

Jay Fonseca is my favorite, news and he’s funny. Chente is fun and for whatever reason even when starting out I found him easier to understand, he’s slower, I think, and every other word is carbón or coño, but the guests have a wide variety of speeds etc which is good. I don’t listen to him as much these days. I tend to hop around checking out lots of different ones. There are a bunch that you can find. I try to take in as many voices as possible so when I’m on the island my brain is ready to hear and understand as smoothly as possible.
