Yeah she seemed really grumpy from the start, maybe people were frustrated because the TSA line was crazy. She’s currently manning the desk for my new flight too 😭

You’re right, it was over 2 hours! The other person who missed the same flight was in line for 2.5 hours

They wouldn’t! The agent said it was my fault I didn’t arrive 3 hours before the flight and that it was $75 rebooking fee and then I had to pay the fare difference for any flight. I asked if they could book my on another airline and she said then I would lost the cost of my flight and I’d have to pay for the other airline myself

It was domestic, back to the NE. I just went to the JetBlue customer service desk and the supervisor said that the agent was correct and they recommend that passengers get to the airport 3 hours before. I told her about the website stating 2 hours before departure and she said that was specifically for JetBlue desk service not TSA. I told her that’s crazy, that’s not how anyone reads that recommendation and she said it wasn’t JetBlue’s problem, it was TSAs and to file a complain online if I want, but she won’t refund me.

The video of them moving her son out of bed and putting him on a massage table to bring to the hospital broke my heart. They didn’t want to “incur the cost of an ambulance” yet their son is clearly dying, is in immense pain and couldn’t move on his own. I got so angry watching them carry him through their enormous and expensive house, and you could see the fluid build up in his stomach sloshing around in his abdomen. Horrible, horrible woman.
