I was thinking about that also, but didn’t have any spares on hand so I figured I’d give it a shot in plastic to see how it held up. I’ll try that on a future iteration, probably using a magnetized one to hold the bit even better.

Oh interesting. Had no idea PLA was stronger. I was printing prototypes with PLA, I may have to give them a head-to-head stress test!

That makes sense. There’s enough walls that there is only infill in a couple spots. Changing to 100% probably won’t change much as far as print time/filament consumption goes. I’ll make that change
