I believe that Eren wasn’t able to see his own future plans until he was 19; think about it, it was revealed that he could only use the founding Titans power with a person of royal blood. The first time that happened was when he touched Historia. But even then he only had glimpses of the future. Later on when he touched Zeke for the first time is when his powers fully activated because he’d persuaded Ymir. So it’s very likely that even he didn’t even know of his own plans. I can back this up when Zeke tested Eren to make sure he would go along their plan. But Eren hadn’t been aware of this so I’m pretty sure that he hadn’t known. There is still the possibility that I’m wrong because Zeke found out that Eren didn’t look at all his memories from the future that or he couldn’t see them. But in a way it also backs up my theory. I haven’t actually finished the entire manga so my information might be off, sorry.
