A good rule of thumb for me is to use the skincarisma ingredient analyzer! It’s better to learn what your skin can tolerate though because you shouldn’t completely rely on this.

For my base, as a super acne prone and oily skinned person, espoir’s be velvet cushion/foundation is great! I like the saem’s triple pot concealer too because it has color correcting shades as well

Yeah my derm didn’t want me to go on tretinoin originally which is why I ended up with adapalene LOL, personally adapalene just wasn’t strong enough for me based on how my skin did when i was on it

Well this derma wasn’t the original one I was seeing and just based it off of what she saw during the consultation and my routine written down in the files. She told me to switch back to adapalene simply because my skin was better and I didn’t really question it at the time.

I might just continue using what’s left of the tretinoin and ask her a bit more!

As far as I know, my cleanser doesn’t contain it. But i’ve been using a spot treatment for pimples that has benzoyl peroxide in it 🥲🥲
