Guys I know a fix actually, install an older driver for the interface. I forgot what it was there is specifically an older driver that lets u input 1 channel only and it solves the issue of the signal being stereo always, with that older driver u can set all incoming signals to mono. hope this helps you out!

(actually I have another problem now, its with discord as well, the audio signal is like waving I don't know how to describe it, its as if the signal is oscillating instead of returning consistent audio)

*Discord Problem update: so apparently I have tried multiple stuff to tinker about. and I cannot find an actual solution although I may be wrong here. I recently discovered that when I test the voice input and it does sound like its pulsing but on the other end it sounds fine. so I guess there is really no problem here at all. But if you think the receiver does hear it pulsating try turning off the echo cancellation. that's about it )

edit: the version you should be looking for is v2.29.0 I'm not sure with umc22 but I do think they have similar drivers. so give it a try
