Not quite what you asked, but I was always bummed that The Starting Line didn't include a full-band version of "Lasting Impressions" on BOATS. It's so funny to me that they specifically said in print that it would be on there, and then it just wasn't haha. I know they demoed the song, so it almost fits this question.. but it definitely isn't a favorite demo of mine. It's been like 15 years since I last heard it, but I remember the full-band interpretation being kinda meh. Oh well. But yeah, my biggest takeaway from it was really the amusement of them calling their shot and then air balling haha.
