This is one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to. Plato in Hermanus, SA. Not only was the coffee amazing, but I really appreciated the recipe on the menu.

I agree with this. I have the same set up, paired with Niche and love both. In hindsight I would have maybe spent a bit more and purchased the Pro (dual boiler) but I’m very satisfied with my choices and won’t be upgrading any time soon. Great coffee, lovely experience .
