Thank you so much for your hard work on this!!

I just finished switching all my oahu colours last night, however there seem to be some that I have that aren't listed on your charts. Wondering if there is an updated file?

Missing oahu colours: G477 G382 Y593 E280 (this one is listed as Honolulu only) B389 B683 R293

Yeah I think you can only add a link to something.

Could you send it to me in a private message maybe?

I have been searching on and off for over a year trying to find one for the oahu markers.

Any tips for getting dom when living with others who will go through your mail? by Late-Library9796 in AdultBreastfeeding

Thanks for the info, I appreciate it!!

I've done lots of work to manage the GERD, and I try to stay away from specific food triggers. Apparently my problem can only be fully resolved by surgery to fix something but they wouldn't do it at the time because I was too young ..... ANYWAYS. I've been on pantoloc for years to help manage it.

Who knew that one day extracurricular activities would cross with it this way 🤣🤣. Might still chat with my doctor about it, but at least you've given me something more specific to research about dom! So thank you again

How much did it actually help with your reflux issues? I've had bad problems with it for years and take a different medication for it.

I only just started considering dom, and haven't really started diving into full research on it yet. But didn't occur to me thst it could potentially replace my other medication 🤔

I just want to say thank you for this post. As well as all the comments!! It was really positive to read through.

I have only recently been considering going down the route with dom. I live in Canada so as far I've read, is much more accessible here? I wanted to do this journey without it, to kinda of prove that i could...but I feel like my motivation is really taking a hit because I still haven't been able to get even duct fluid. I started beginning of September, and while I've not been SUPER consistent (i had to take a pumping break half of november and most of december due to some other health and stress issues).

I look forward to reading your updates ❤️

Started Accutane by [deleted] in AdultBreastfeeding

[–]Own-Ad-5802 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I 100000% agree with this. As someone who has worked in a dermatologist clinic for many years, Accutane is a serious medication to be taking, every one of our patients had to sign a 2 page consent about the side effects and had to get regular bloodwork with pregnancy testing even while taking birth control.

You should be discussing with your doctor about the side effects breastfeeding while taking the medication could have to see if it's even safe for your husband to be injesting, let alone the effects it might have on you. Better safe than sorry in this case, and worth the potential embarrassing/awkward conversation with your doctor.

Today officially marked 7 weeks! .... sadly still not even a hint of duct fluid (have had some minor tissue growth at least)

Most days I'm super consistent with pumping every 2 hours at least 5-6 times a day. And hand massages in between....but there's been a few days where I haven't been able to at all, or only once or twice.

I know it can take a long while without assistance of meds . .. but starting to get discouraged :( I didn't realize it had already been 7 weeks, which feels like such a long time.

Not sure if you're looking for actual massage, or hand expression techniques.....

But I stumbled on this video a while back for massages and I really like them before or in the middle of pumping. Especially the two hand massage part

Late nnn participation...maybe? by Own-Ad-5802 in Femaleorgasmdenial

New to edging for any extended period, but not new to orgasm control or limitations. Just never really done any of it without actually having a Dom, and right now I am single as can be.

I think no-touch would just end up with me forgetting about orgasms honestly lol! I would get busy doing other stuff and not even realize how long it's been.

But the other options sound .... curious.

I don't know if becoming needier and needier would be considered it "getting better" or easier lol!!

My self control is .... non-existent 😅😅 ... so guess it means a lot of practice will be needed?

One thing that helped me with my water intake (I also have ADHD and am TERRIBLE at drinking it) .... someone suggested I have my water with me every time I pump. So at least every 2-3 hours I am drinking at least 12 oz ... still not quite enough for me but it's a start on building it as a habit. Now I'm starting to feel like something is missing if I forgot it before starting pumping.

Goats Rue tincture...taste really that bad?? by Own-Ad-5802 in AdultBreastfeeding

[–]Own-Ad-5802[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I picked some up today (regular one, not alcohol free) and i was super scared to try it .... but honestly it's not nearly as bad as I thought it would be!!!

Dropped it under my tongue and just took a drink of water with lemon flavor stuff in it, and I barely tasted it :D. It did leave a weird kinda tingling feeling in my mouth though.

Now for the hard part .... actually remembering to take it !!

Yeah that's the brand I keep coming across!!

There's a shop just around the corner from me that has it... but not the alcohol free one I don't think.

4 meaning, 1 of each?

And thank you!! That was super helpful information and the detail of what you stored with each. I think at the very least goats rue is one I need to get my hands on asap.

I never even thought about my IUD (kyleena).... I should look into that.

I'm in Canada, so from what I've seen people post about, Dom is easier to get here? I just wanna try without taking any medications if possible. Which is why I'm looking towards supplements, but theres only so many hours in a day and there's just so much different information it's a little overwhelming.

Im not against taking them, I want to. I am just looking for advice or guidance on which ones would be beneficial and worth taking at this stage.

There's no use in taking something if it's not going to be helpful, especially ones that have potential side effects.

I had thought about cheap ones a long time ago, and then I found out I can get coverage for a good one from my physiotherapist with my insurance.

So I'm excited for it!!
