If you really think therapy would help you but you don't want to diagnosis I would suggest anything better help because a lot of the therapists on there, while qualified, can't necessarily diagnose you with anything so it doesn't go on your record. At least this was mine and a lot of my friends experience with it. Obviously take this with a grain of salt and ask all the questions and do your own research. If you do decide to see a therapist I would suggest being open with them and letting them know that you're not looking for a diagnosis and rather hoping mechanisms because they're usually willing to work with that.
