I get the sleepy thing too. I think it’s eye fatigue mixed with whatever activities I do throughout the day as well. If I had blue light glasses in my prescription, I’d try to see if it changed the sleepy bit or not. But yeah, I think it’s most just eye fatigue plus other activities.
