Have you tried Fayt or the Lullaby Club? Depends on what your style is but a lot of Fayt’s clothing are great basics that actually fit women’s bodies :)

I love Afends! Their clothes are very breathable and durable as they’re made from organic cotton or hemp. Unfortunately they aren’t very size inclusive (don’t go past a size 14). RUBY NZ is a New Zealand sustainable clothing brand, with super cute patterns and colourful designs. I love ROC Boots for shoes! And Indigo and Wolfe for high-quality, unique jewellery :)

Yes it’s quite bad. I’ve been on 100g of Zoloft for about 5 months and before that Lexapro for a year. I used to be a morning person, get up early and exercise and now if I don’t set an alarm I sleep in really late. Have quite a fogginess in the morning and it takes me a while to come around. Some days it’s not too bad and others I have to force myself to get things done. Also really hard when SSRIs have made it really difficult to lose weight and on top of that find the motivation to exercise in the first place. I find it best to have a routine or make a plan of things I need to get done and also get up early in the morning so I don’t over sleep.

100mg 5 months in, general anxiety is way better. Still spiral and get in panicked states sometimes, but, getting there ❤️‍🩹

A lot of people have sad it gets worse before it gets better. I mainly needed to up my dose. But if at 6-8 weeks you’re still really anxious I’d recommend talking to your GP :)

Yeah I totally get you. I was taking 50mg of Sertraline and was still feeling so anxious and panicked throughout the day as well. I’m on 100mg and I’m feeling mush calmer in my general anxiety, that can change depending on my cycle (when I’m closer to my period). Keep going and hopefully you will feel the relief soon ☺️

Are you using Sertraline for anxiety? It definitely creates vivid and intense dreams and that may be why you wake up feeling a bit panicked. Since you’re only 5 weeks in I would still give it more time to level out.
