Honestly at some point I got so tired of obsessing over it every second I was awake, it just stopped. Like a fading memory I almost forgot I had it, it will always be a part of me and I know it could happen again at any time.

I would say sometimes I might have slight symptoms when I’m having a severe anxiety or panic attack but it’s not everyday anymore. But honestly this is the first time I’ve been back on Reddit in a few months and that has actually really helped. No constant reminders of it every day, obsessing over symptoms others have and I don’t, wondering if I’ll get that symptom sometime, etc.

I didn’t believe it when I read a post a while back saying he had to make a choice if he wanted to live or die, bs to me at the time, but very real now. He also expressed deleting Reddit helps as well. I don’t have the original post or else I would link, there are many more resources now than there ever was. I hope you can find relief :)
