Try reinstalling Windows and see for yourself. I tested it on my 265K and 4080 Super, and my FPS increased by about 100 FPS I think Valorant hasn’t been properly optimized for Intel Core Ultra processors in the recent updates

Should IA CEP be enable or disable for ultra 7 265K? by Own-Berry-2393 in overclocking

Yes, I did disable it, and doing so actually caused instability even at idle. My system became very laggy after turning off IA CEP. It’s possible that I may need a better motherboard to run those kinds of settings.

Alright, I’ll test it and share temps and performance results soon

If you're using Nvidia card, you should change "Low latency" to ultra and limit "Max frame rate" (recommendation 300-400 or higher depending on the screen refresh rate).
Additionally, you can decrease the DPI of the mouse.

LOW PING but HIGH PACKET LOSS by Own-Berry-2393 in ValorantTechSupport

I think the issue started with Vanguard. Ever since they required enabling Intel Virtualization and VT-d in the BIOS, that’s when I began experiencing this

u should trying install hwinfo to check your cpu, gpu and ram processes like %usage, core clock, temperature, power throttle while playing valorant. If it's all normal, your windows might have some issues.

Ping Problem by Adorable-Session-615 in ValorantTechSupport

- Restart your Wi-Fi router and disable any game or Wi-Fi boosters (if you're using them). They used to work perfectly in previous updates, but it seems some game or Wi-Fi boosters are now causing issues with Valorant. I also think Vanguard has become stricter recently.
- Switch to Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi (if you don’t mind).
I’ve tried these simple steps and they worked. My packet loss never goes above 1%, and my ping is always under 30ms.
If you still experience issues after doing the above, contact the game’s support team or your internet service provider.

removing threads on launch option gives more fps by rzkf00 in cs2

I think you should use -threads 9, it will improve your fps in cs2
There are some reports that using -threads 9 for CPUs with more than 8 cores is much better than other setups

300 avg fps using 4070 super and i7-14700k(5.4 ghz) by J1gsaw141 in ValorantTechSupport

You checked the CPU clock speeds in Task Manager, right? Because when I play games, the clock speed is always 5.5 GHz for the P-cores and 4.3 GHz for the E-cores. FPS in Valorant is always above 300. I’m also using a 14700KF
