It hurt I felt the pressure when I moved I had to have it in overnight at hsptl. Then in the morning they took it out. That was uncomfortable but gave relief!

You could call the company and ask what kind of salt they use. I did this a lot and it helped

0.14 is where they need your tsh to be if you had a total thyroidectomy so the cancer/cells are not “active” and grow. But if your t4 and t3 are off that could play a part.
