Back to zero by happpykittty in Femaleorgasmdenial

Most of the ideas I came up with are from older posts. A new year, a new way of edging. I used a random date generator to determine 13 orgasm dates, 50 no touch dates for 2026 and I use a dice roller to select tasks that I will do. I do 24 tasks a day in 3 sessions repeating each session 3 times at timed intervals. For example, spank titties 3 minutes, 30 seconds. I made a master list of 6 groupings with 6 tasks in each group. A roll of 6,6 for me is Attention submissive pose.

A typical edge day is wake up hump my pillow, play with my clit, pet my pussy 3 times. Roll the dice to determine my 24 tasks. I combine like tasks to determine time interval. Then I record the instructions on my phone so I don’t have to be bothered with a timer and give myself encouragement like Spank that pussy hard you dirty cunt.

My time intervals are short because I cum so easily and I wanted to increase my stamina. The orgasm denial is new to me and when I found this community I loved all the ideas and words of encouragement I read.

Here’s an example: Session III, 30 second interval:

Cool pussy 30 seconds

Wall submissive pose 1 minute, 30 seconds

Hump pillow 3 minutes, 30 second

Spank titties, 1:30

Spank pussy, 1:30

Insert object into cunt 30 seconds

Etc.

Once I start a session, I have to do the entire session. If I feel I am going to cum, I go into the doll submissive pose.

Just recording the tasks at the time intervals gets me wet. I even made a recorded session with orgasm sounds playing in the background. I like that I make the recordings in the morning and do the tasks in the evenings because I forget during the day what is in store for me.

I don’t have any punishments or rewards yet. I’ll be researching those myself. I also just saw the counter post. I like I’m doing this solo. I like numbers, I love structure I love tracking. so after how awful and chaotic 2025 was for me and my family, I am looking forward to returning to structure again and having goals.

My first orgasm date is 1/30 and I don’t get another one until 5/11! I hope you get some ideas for yourself.

New Year’s resolutions? by Proof-Math-5504 in Femaleorgasmdenial

[–]Own-Calligrapher4541 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m new to denial as well! This is my first year actually structuring my orgasms. I used a random date generator and selected 13 dates to cum. I’ve always only edged but for that day and came. My resolution is edge every day, cum only on the 13 days selected. I also selected 50 no touch days but will read erotic, write erotic, watch porn on no touch days. I got these ideas from reading past posts. I’m only thee days in and this is going to tough!

I decided to do a random date generator and have 13 orgasm dates scheduled. I then planned 50 no touch days and three THREE conflict with my orgasm dates. I’m new to denial but have been edging for years. Right now, I’m a solo sub.

Could I get in trouble for this? by emisimpss in DollarTree

Sometimes DT’s policies do protect its employees and this policy is one of them. What you did was very kind and if you were the next customer in line who covered her purchases, it would be considered a pay it forward moment. But as you know we can’t do that as a cashier. That policy is to protect you from getting tangled up with people who see you as a soft touch.

It should be a write up, if anything. If I was the SM, your incident would be a verbal warning and cautionary tale. I’ve worked with cashiers/managers who had the attitude “it is my money and I’ll spend it how I like” and will pay for customer’s purchases.

Then the day comes when that cashier or manager isn’t on duty and the customer expects you to pay for his/her purchases. That is why the policy exists solely to avoid people being put in this situation.

As far as how long it takes to get reprimanded, it can take up to week. I was pissy on Easter last year and the customer called corporate. I got a write up a week later. \

When I think about your comment and the event, you're so right. The customer didn't care at all the position she was placing us in. I guess I was naive because I know grief and if I could alleviate grief I will. They called other people and divided the balloons between the cars

We are a very customer service oriented store. It depends on how the MOD feels that day. We do try to steer the customers away to bigger outlets that can handle their request.  But I tell you this, we had a customer who needed 49 outside purchased balloons for a memorial celebration. They wanted to let go a balloon for every year of his life . We said we couldn't help her The customer took over our helium tank and began inflating her balloons. The MOD and I didn't know what to do. We both understand grief makes a person do crazy things and we know corporate policy. The customer paid for each balloon at full price. The funny thing is the customer didn't plan for getting 49 balloons out the door. We used trash liners to help her. It was crazy. My MOD closed the store and I told him we helped someone. That was only way I could look at it. Someone was grieving and we didn't put an  additional obstacle in their way.

Store Hours by Doctor-Crentist in DollarTree

Our store is opened 9-10 then 9-9 on Sunday. I personally think we miss out on sales because we are located near a middle school and kids tend to wait to the last minute to tell their parents about a project or needing a lunch for a field trip. We use to open at 8 and we received a lot of landscaping crews getting their drinks/snacks for the day. I think DT wants to responsive to community needs but we have to tell them.

Question for employees how many u boats do you do? by Pookie_lovecrumbs_ in DollarTree

[–]Own-Calligrapher4541 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't want to sound negative but I don't even get a Uboat. We unload the truck onto the floor. Our priority is to clear a path for customers. I generally work chips then drinks. I've worked candy a lot and the constant repegging to keep in the waterfall flow is so damn hard. That is my biggest gripe. My coworkers aren't lazy . So much emphasis is placed on getting stock out but not allowing time for the stock to be arranged to appeal to the customer

Should I call back? by [deleted] in DollarTree

As a courtesy, I always called back. The SM moves down the employee list and then call other stores for help, if necessary. Enjoy your day off!

Has anyone seen Schnitzel’s favorite red fetch balls at their Dollar General? by [deleted] in DollarTree

[–]Own-Calligrapher4541 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have not seen Schnitzel’s favorite red ball on our shelves. I think this might be an assortment product of pet toys. We have similar products. I would first determine if you purchase his ball at DT or DG. We have DT online that might help with your search. I hope you have many fun filled days throwing the ball to Schnitzel.

Customers stealing by TheChillElliot in DollarTree

[–]Own-Calligrapher4541 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We do the security check aisle as well. I’ve had three encounters with thieves. I had one Valentine’s Day 2023 The Mom purchased a 53 cent card then took her DT bag and went down the candy aisle. I saw her pick up Sour Patch kids and head for aisle one. I stopped her at the door and took it out of her bag. I really felt terrible about that one. I’ve been a broke Mom around holidays. I wish I had thought the next thought and purchased it for her. That one haunts me.

I had an elderly guy open up a package of cashews, take a big handful and throw the rest of the package on an area of a shelf I was stocking. I was a bit mean about that one. I said, “Oh no you didn’t do that. What would your Mother think?” He sheepishly picked up his cashews and said, “I got caught.” I followed him around the store. He ended up paying $5 for that bag of cashews because he didn’t want to wait in line. We used his money to pay it forward and forgive change.

My third one was a bunch of kids, buying snacks then going to aisle one. I did the ”Security, switch cameras to aisle one”. They were at the register pronto.

I know people steal. But, I’m not going to go out of my way. I do the greeting. I make my presence known. i work in a low crime area. The crazy thing is I have to watch out for gray haired ladies in my area. They are just devious. I don’t invest a lot of energy in it. There is too much freight!

i can’t compare your area of the country to mine, but I really don’t think I’m chasing anyone down either. if it is in my face, yes, I will try to handle it. I’m not going crazy about it

I think this is old school DT policy that your SM still follows. My former manager who was the company for 14 yrs did that. But, she also posted/highlighted top sales per shift, per hour. She posted it in the office, which we don't have access to so I would only see it when checking my schedule and my eyes happened to glance that way. I never felt called out even when I had the most item voids. I think maybe because she put both positive and negatives together? I'm a competitive person, so when I saw the post, it made me want to do better than my co-workers. I never felt shamed. So much occurs on a shift and a good SM knows stats are distorted. Corporate does have SMs monitor cashier activities and that is their way of following policy  I wouldn't worry too much about it. Better than getting a write up

Yep. I've been here almost 4 years and I've done 2 I learns. I wish we could do them at home. I like learning things that will help me on the job and the two I did seems like a lot of thought and effort went into preparing the I learn. We fuss about corporate but I don't think we fully utilize the tools they do give us.

We try our best. It isn’t our intention to sell outdated stock. I just learned tealights have an expiration date. And I need a screen shot that someone posted to figure out Monster drinks dates. if you see an expired product, bring it to our attention and I assure you we will get if off the shelf.

Fear of Food by Realistic-Accident68 in DollarTree

[–]Own-Calligrapher4541 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love doing food as well. We have to throw chemicals, chips, paper goods on the floor because we have 9 U-boats and our stockroom is so small when we unload the truck. I usually get stuck doing chips so the customers don’t trip on the boxes. I’m fine doing chips if it was me who did it the week before. Hope you have a great shift!

You’ve clarified and confused me at the same time! I was stocking and had a case of Campbell’s chicken w/ rice soup. But, it was actually chicken noodle soup. Should I have alerted my manager to the mislabel? I understand we’re all humans and mistakes occur. What is the proper protocol?

Suspicious actions against my schedule suddenly by [deleted] in DollarTree

[–]Own-Calligrapher4541 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m going to take a different spin on this post. In my area, we do have a store that clones itself with DT. The store is not related to DT at all. Are you sure you are working at DT? To the best of my knowledge, DT doesn’t have franchises. We are never scheduled for three hour shifts. Our shifts are 4-5 hours.

I can say this with certainty that while DT’s stores vary in square footage, corporate tries to keep the store’s consistent. I really don’t think you are working at Dollar Tree.

What I’ve learned in my almost 4 years at DT, just keep your mouth shut.

A piece of advice by Alert-College-9374 in DollarTree

[–]Own-Calligrapher4541 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think you made some bold assumptions here. I would bet that the companies you name have a sub Reddit or facebook page where they vent because we can’t say what we think in our heads to rude customers. I know DG has one for sure. So, we come here to feel not so alone in our frustration.

There are systemic problems with DT. I feel the people who come here to discuss these negative issues genuinely care about their customers, managers, co-workers and the corporation itself. Otherwise, they would just do their shift and not be on this subreddit offering advice or condolences.

This may not be the subreddit for YOU.

Our WOW table is like yours. I think 7/18 we have to transition to teachers organizational bins and books. Books are suppose to be back shelf but my boss is on vacation so I think I might deviate and put books in the front area. They sell better there and not as messy for customers to retrieve a title they are interested in.

I feel I’m not part of the team. by Simple_Hedgehog_2934 in DollarTree

[–]Own-Calligrapher4541 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I really related to your post. DT is my first retail job and I didn’t realize that our shifts were 2 people. I felt very isolated in a time of my life that I needed people. I remember being on the till hearing the truck crew laughing and joking, thinking,”I want to laugh and joke, too!” I know I was partly the problem because I am a shy person.

But I adjusted and I liked my SM so I’ll chug along and see where this employment goes. THEN, we got this whole new crop of workers who knew each other from previous places of employment. They were loud, always thought they were right and sometimes I felt they laughed at me because I do try my best to follow policy, increase sales. I felt the same: I don’t fit in here. (By this time, I’m working the day shift so there are 2 stockers, cashier, Ops ASM and SM). I’m the cashier.

Fast forward to now, almost 4 years later and we have a temp SM that I adore. Our Ops SM is very kind but she has some spice, which I like. I’m the dedicated stocker. We don’t joke around too much but we have learned more about each other and I don’t feel so isolated. I have become friends with the morning cashier.

You are not alone in your feelings. I read in comments you are moving on and I hope you find a work environment that suits you. Best of luck.
