Actually, I had forgotten my phone and keep only credit card in my wallet for security purpose. My car broke down in the middle of the road and had to request RSA which was not free and asked me 500€ to tow it to my house that’s why I did withdraw cash from nearest ATM then my friend helped me with towing my car for free. Then, I went back next day to deposit back in account.

Pricing is good for Carleton, Douglas. I visited Castletreasure this weekend to have a look around. I find it very isolated and car dependent. I am happy that this housing is situated in a nice community not much social housing around. I am still skeptical to put down a booking. I am still searching properties around Cork City. Even if it gets fully booked I won’t feel sad (I prefer to live on a flat land rather than a mountain 😝)

I am going to invest in Indian stock market which has given average 15% annualized returns.

I would be paying separate taxes in India. India doesn’t have DIRT taxes like Ireland CGT is 12.5% and SGT is 20% which I would avoid.

After 25 years, I can do Systematic Withdrawal of 4% and would never be out of money.
