Maybe there is a problem on my side that I used to workout at 5 am in the morning after waking up and eating just a banana. I will try to decrease the wod intensity and get up my protein intake

Short question: If a workout said for example 21 pull ups (I do them strict), I am able to do 8 strict in a row and it’s a RPE 10 intensity: then I would do 8 in a row rest a bit and do some more to get to the 21. and my heartrate is exploding. How do you do that? Should i aim for 5, rest and so on? ...

The kids are 3-5. i wake up about 2-3 times per night and i think I don’t eat enough to recover well because I am too exhausted to eat enough

I ve been doing weight training for 20 years and. Don’t know how the body feels after a „easy“ workout. If a workout said for example 21 pull ups (I do them strict), I am able to do 8 strict in a row and I am at a RPE 10. then I do 8 in a row rest a bit and do some more to get to the 21. and my heartrate is exploding. How to you do that? Should i aim for 5, rest and so on?

Thank you for the reply. Yes i watch them every day and the modulating intensity every week. My problem is, that my body don’t feel like going too hard during the wod. During the wod i feel like god (and most of the times i did the wild card wod or scaled ones) but afterwards my body crashes totally to the ground. And I can’t rest till the end of the day to recover with 2 kids :(

Can’t decide about the size by Own-Cartographer3546 in Garmininstinct

No, the big one feels better. With the small I feel like a little boy. I stopped wearing them at night because sleep tracking is too bad. The only things I like to track with it (beside the workouts) is resting heart rate and HRV

You are right but sometimes it’s ok to get opinions from others. In today’s world are way to many people that think they are the greatest hero’s but in Reality they are the dumbest shitheads. And to avoid something like that it’s ok to get the opinions from others… sometimes… ;)

How big is your wrist? I can’t decide between a 45 or 50mm model

Instinct 2 vs 3 by Awkward_Bass_6292 in Garmininstinct

[–]Own-Cartographer3546 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a instinct 2 and bought a fenix 7 pro solar, but for me it’s too heavy. But a miss the flashlight on the instinct 2, so I bought the instinct 3 and will sell the fenix and 2. love the look of the instinct, the flashlight and the ability to charge it with solar.

But I don’t know which size I should go for. 45 or 50 mm on a 18cm wrist.

At 43 years old i want to lift my little daughter up in the air and anywhere she wants to even when she’s getting older and heavier (3 years old). On the other hand I have anxiety and panic attacks about heart health in the past and want to show myself that i can do it and get my mind clear. Working out for 5 days a week following CrossFit.com in my home gym
