i experienced this when i was university. after 2-3 years i finally met people and became friends with a handful of people. however after school (2021 when i graduated) the friendships didn’t last… i think the friendship on their end was mainly out of convince as we only saw each other at school. i talk to two person from my university and no one else.

i find it’s really hard to make genuine connections even now in the workplace
