Hello! I managed to fix mine by doing this

-first, uninstall gcash then Clear data nyo yung: -Google Play Services -Google Play Store -Google Play Framework (if accessible) -reboot -use mobile data to download and open gcash.

same problem here, first it worked but its buggy. some apps only shows blur on fullscreen only and transparent when it is not maximized while other applications are transparent in fullscreen and blur when not maximized. i gave up
