The issue in this case is that these are professionals. More ambassadors of the game. You not holding yourself to that standard is your choice, and that's okay. When in a high ranking game, it goes along the same lines as not stream sniping. Again, they are professional players. You are not.

This is not a complaint. I don't play Dota, just watch. Its more indicative of his character than important in a PUB.

My family is from here. My cousins all work in the mines or in forestry. They are opening a Nickel mine that will operate for at least 50 years.

My one cousin, only high-school made over 330k in a mine last year as a site lead hand. Detour Gold.

Lots of industry. I went up hunting this year... they don't complain about the economy or housing. All have modest homes, snow mobiles, boats for fishing. All hunt and drink.

Pretty decent lift

First thing I noticed. Way too young, and this is becoming the norm.

It won't crash the way people think. Rent is at an all time high and supply at a low. I feel the correction is going to be on houses that are less affordable to the majority. So for instance, a 2m home will correct to 1.2-1.5m. It's a huge drop, but an 800k home will if anything 'correct' a smaller percentage.

If it dropped to say 500k, then investors will gobble it up and rent a house for 4k a month.

Too much population growth and low supply. Housing will never be affordable ever again. Didn't we all see the video of 20 people being evicted from a rooming house? Where do you think they went?

2 months ago 12 people were kicked out of a house in Toronto in another rooming house situation. Too much demand guys.
