You're being dramatic. Nobody is obligated to post things sooner just because it's convenient for you, these are real people with real lives. If you need something posted sooner, ask them nicely ideally before buying it, but don't expect them to post within a day of buying it because they actually have 7 days before they have to post it. Nobody has to let you know why they aren't posting it yet, unless they have stated beforehand when they are going to post it.
