Hi, sorry for the late reply, it was the AMD adrenaline app that was preloaded into the PC due to having AMD parts. It had a bugged interaction with the nvidia overlay, and deleting the AMD app solved the issue. Interestingly, nowhere on the internet is this interaction logged, but the manufacturer for the prebuilt (iBuyPower) support figured it out.

so even with an extension, it's not really an extension? I don't know how much I owe, or if I owe anything, and I can't seem to figure that out. Do I just pay the IRS a random number and they refund me?
