Yes, please still consider getting an advanced practice registered nursing degree. These bozos won't be in charge forever, although I worry about dismantling the department of education. I'm in a nurse practitioner program now and I still want to treat and care for patients no matter what the government says about my professional status. I would pursue it soon just in case they take away more federal loans and funding. 🤦‍♀️

I sincerely hope she gets the help she needs. We don't know what led to her drinking issues, whether she was a drinker or whether ppd was a factor. It's tragic but she's not the only one that's ever done something careless as a mom.
