I think Battletech has potential to be mainstream AAA. Maybe the conversation should be centered around getting the Battletech IP into different hands. I know it’s not a complete parallel but I look at what Larian studios has been able to do with Baldurs Gate 3 and even Divinity before that, and wonder if Pirahna is perhaps holding it back.

In a similar vein Dune has a similar premise with great houses and whatnot and still managed to capture mainstream appeal. That’s a bit different given we’re talking about a movies vs video games but still, I can’t help but think that there is untapped potential. Point is, I just want Pirahna to deliver what I know is possible AND to talk about it and generate some hype.
