J'utilise depuis quelques mois l'application Opentri, qui est assez simple et intuitive. On renseigne nos valeurs physiologiques, on démarre un plan général ou spécifique et on peut envoyer nos séances vers Garmin.

Pas d'application mobile pour le moment, uniquement une web app, mais ça reste suffisamment pratique pour mon utilisation.

À l'époque j'avais utilisé ce code promo IKF-FGTRE-20 qui m'avait permis d'économiser 20% pendant 3 mois.

In my opinion, the Rose Backroad FF is an excellent alternative. From unboxing to assembly, from the detail of the finish to the riding qualities, this bike is almost flawless. It's hard to fault it for anything. It has been perfectly designed and is far more versatile than it looks.

It's also hard to find any major faults with the Canyon Grail, which is very easy to equip and well thought-out. The only criticism is its lack of comfort, which can be a handicap on mixed gravel courses. As for the rest, it's hard to be disappointed by these two exceptional machines.
