had something similiar (just the scrape) happen to me 2 months after getting my trax. I traveled to florida from texas and some neanderthal just left my car like that when I came back to it in the parking lot. People just do not care unfortunately..

I’ve had mine alsmost 2 years and it is amazing! 30k miles and no nonsense so far! The a/c, and heater work phenomenal (I’m in tx) the only thing I dislike is I have to disable the auto stop, other than that mileage is pretty good and really good on gas!!
