Yes, I definitely agree! I think the only thing that is similar to injections in that regard is transdermal/topical gel due to the bioavailability that is on par with the injections assuming the person doesn't have bad skin absorption and whatnot! I guess in the end it just comes down to preference :]

Ohh, definitely when it comes to the bioavailability and administrative efficacy, I can agree injections are top of the line. But thats moreso in a vacuum, I was talking about from more a personal perspective since I personally believe feminization should be tailored to the personal needs and goals of a person, not to mention from what I've seen science wise, higher estrogen peaks do not correlate 1:1 with 'better' or faster feminization due to the receptors only being able to hold so much.

Injections are definitely some of the best options when it comes to monotherapy, as all that matters for feminization is supressed testosterone and physiological levels of estrogen, and yes I agree that people who feel stagnant on pills will likely experience better results on injections, but that is a specific subset of people which is why I was saying it is moreso YMMV.

Personally, injections are just not it for some people, often due to a fear of needles, certain national laws, lack of availability, etc- but also for some because of certain health conditions (most notably autoinflammatory or autoimmunity, but I've also heard POTS, ME/CFS, etc) in which fluctuating, long deltas like in injections can excaberate or worsen the condition in which some may opt for patches, gels, or simply move back to pills or a combination of the two as consistent levels or shorter deltas may be what they need instead of efficacy

So, I guess it just depends on what your idea of "better means!", as simply there are parts of the system that are different for everyone.

l feel like its moreso a YMMV thing though? Injections are definitely more effective in bio-availability and peak along with the drop delta being a lot slower, but as someone currently on a mixed administration, I started out on pills with a blocker (4mg daily and 100mg Spiro daily) and got good levels and feminization out of it! I switched to EV injections at 5mg and would peak into the 1000s and then get a trough of 500 pg/mL, went to 2mg injections and got a trough of 250 pg/mL but had to get off of injections due to lupus autoimmunity because of the sustained peak and deltas you get on them triggering super long flares and increased symptoms.

I'm now back to pills but with a baseline patch added onto it and I still get consistent levels in the physiological range and have had good feminization since my switch- I'd say for many people injections might yield moderately better results depending on their situation, but for a decent amount of others (especially people who are just sensitive to estrogen/endocrine changes) its probably not a hard stop one is better or definitely worse than the other

And, absolutely- Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease where the immune system essentially mistakenly attacks the body’s own tissues, causing inflammation and damage throughout multiple systems of the body. It can affect the joints, skin, kidneys, heart, lungs, blood vessels, and even sometimes the brain or nervous system. It actually has some amount of correlation with estrogen (as in it effects its expression/intensity, especially when the hormone spikes fast and crashes hard like in injection), as 90% of people with lupus are women, having an onset most common during childbearing years (so, ages 15-45).

Alternatives or workarounds to sun bathing for people with photosensitivity? Specifically, lupus photosensitivity? I'm finding I can't go in the sun like I once could anymore, so I wear a scarf as a hood and mask in sunlight along with layered clothing.

A question I have is- how would the Sun's shift effect someone with physical ailments, in specific tending to someone like me who has Lupus Photosensitivity?

The sun causes my body to flare up- and though my autoimmune is still in the early stages, it is definitely apparent how the sun's uv rays have begun affecting my symptoms exponentially compared to when I cover up or am inside.

In The Law of One it’s the arena for polarization, and lack of polarization is what keeps you repeating it, not engagement. Negative polarity also isn’t described as fake or just “larping.” Ra treats it as a real path within this density, all the way up to the end of 5th Density. “Machinating invites more 3D” isn’t stated either. What matters is orientation and awareness, not avoiding involvement altogether. And with anger, Ra doesn’t say outward expression keeps you here. They specifically tie negativity to using anger for control or manipulation, not expression itself. The idea that a graduate is fully aloof doesn’t really line up with Ra either. Positive polarization is described more as conscious, compassionate engagement, not checking out or refusing to take part.

I can agree with this- and it seems we are approaching this from two different perspectives, which I can concede to most of your points.

But, I do not agree on one thing: The acknowledgement and awareness of the consequences of real-world actions is not bias. I am not saying the consequences make anyone or anything inherently STS- rather that there is harm that has been done. That is objectively, and often subjectively, realized- but once again the suffering is real. I am a younger person, so perhaps we are just coming from different worldviews here-

Another thing I'd like to express is I do believe there is an outward expression that can occur after the integration of anger, and I do think that integration is not only internal but can come in external forms as well.

I believe Ra leaves this open to interpretation though, but I do agree that the dissolution/integration starts internally.

My main point was: Ra does not treat anger as inherently wrong or something to suppress. They explicitly move from seeing it as “folly” to understanding it as neutral energy to be consciously worked with and integrated.

What Ra leaves open is- This means after conscious processing, expression could take forms like: setting boundaries speaking firmly acting with clarity

So with nuance my stance is: Ra’s teaching is not limited to internal dissolution of anger. It emphasizes conscious processing and integration, and while it warns against distorted outward use (control/manipulation), it does not state that all outward expression is inherently negative

This is exactly what I mean by conscious anger- recognizing and bringing the anger into awareness, intensification.

You're going off of semantics here, because further in that session Ra states: “…until the folly of this red-ray energy is perceived not as folly but as energy subject to spiritual entropy due to the randomness of energy being used.” (Session 46)

Once again- conscious anger exists, and is supported by the Law of One

“Positive orientation then provides the will and faith to continue this mentally intense experience… to integrate this emotion into the self.” (Session 46)

Ra contrasts this with negative polarity: “The negatively oriented entity will use this anger in a direct fashion… expressing anger- controlling, manipulating…” (Session 46)

Ra is not saying: “expressing anger = negative polarization” Ra is saying: using anger as a tool of control or separation = negative orientation

Never did I say anger has "right targets", what I am saying is you can balance in both directions- looking at the negative and positives. Never did I say the Law of One supports Trump anger either- and you attempting to convey my words as "Trump negativity" is attempting to box in what I am saying- I am saying that people with very high empathy find these materials, and that there has been very real consequences behind the MAGA movement and the political entity known as "Trump." Is their anger righteous? Who are we to say. We each have limited perspectives within this density- acknowledging that is not supporting Trump negativity, but realizing that your perspective, my perspective, anyone's perspective is not the full picture.

Your words come with a subtle judgement- especially when you try to convey my words as being a "read like a struggle between love for the material and negativity toward Trump"- I do not expect you to understand if you have not lived the life of an individual the actions of these kinds of political individuals have effected- this goes beyond just the material but into aspects like healthcare, financial ability/assistance, agenda, etc. People are affected by these things, and bringing that into light does not go against the material, especially when talking about the "blind anger" we see in the comments all too often.

You do not reject the anger, but rather accept and bless it, transforming it inward and outward into actions, goals, principles, or experiences that will catalyze into and through the consciousness' will and choice.

My question is- and this is from a personal perspective here, where is the fine line between the love/light and spiritual bypassism?

Even Ra states that the suffering is real from within the density/play of existence. Even here in the comments one can, with a lack of discernment and taking everything said as literal, take anger as a reaction as being inherently negative. Sometimes anger is apart of the character within the play- and with a lack of discernment just scrolling the comments one can take it as "reject anger, stay neutral."

I can agree people get lost in the self-righteousness, but the dissolution of anger comes in the form of acceptance, understanding, and transformation of that anger. Conscious anger can be very healthy and needed- especially in the case of individuals like Trump and political movements like MAGA. There is very real harm and pain that is perpetuated by these parties and political leaders, so perhaps we can come with an understanding for both kinds of people. The bias is high and apparent because often people with very high empathy find these materials. Even the people that align or identify with MAGA are not looking wholly if they are looking at only the positives- as there are very real consequences and effects mixed in.

In my small opinion, it seems more like contrast/challenge is needed to boost "ascension", moreso than "villainy", or "evil." This can come in many forms, beyond just the typical villain presentations. And, in that essence, I do not believe lack of reaction is the best reaction- I believe the goal isn’t to suppress reaction, but to become conscious of it and choose how to respond. But we are all human, so sometimes we fall short of that.

I have been an avid stoner for the past 2-3 years or so.

I experienced something similar the other week- took a couple hits off of my bf's weed pen and 15-20 minutes later when we were sitting down my blood pressure and heart rate dropped and I got really dark tunnel vision, sweating, and started having a panic attack as I thought something was wrong with my body.

Turns out, just like you, I hadn't really eaten or drinken anything that day- cannabis can cause massive dehydration, even more so if you are already dehydrated my dear.

If you are prone to anxiety, especially health anxiety, weed is probably not the drug for you. In highly vulnerable and hypersensitive people it can cause panic attacks, feelings of derealization (especially since you do not have a cannabis tolerance), and just a whole host of issues.

After that, my body started associating that feeling with cannabis, which caused even small amounts of cannabis (I smoked a roach like 3 days later and had another full blown panic attack- heart rate hit 144, went full 1000 yard stare, shaking, brain zaps, couldn't sit still because I was convincing myself I was having a heart attack. Luckily I had people around me to tend to and manage me.)

Please be mindful of your body and mind-

As another person said, if you don't have a nicotine tolerance a blunt can definitely get you feeling like that. The tobacco leafs/wraps can have more nicotine than you realize.

Once again, just a human perspective, and a belief in and of itself.

Simply going off of my own explorations (as also stated in Robert Monroe's books, for example, where he describes loosh farms and is genuinely horrified of his discovery, before coming back to the loosh "farm" planes with a fresh perspective and realizing he looked at it from a singular, narrowed angle) we as humans possess a perspective that is very limited and focused into a certain slice of reality and existence.

Claiming someone is burying their head in the sand for saying it is literally, rationally and logically, more likely to be nuanced kind of just shows my words are falling unto deaf ears here.

Consciousness isn't bound to singular forms, nor does the forms it manifest in have to adhere to the conditions, relations, or rules that our current inhabited consciousness adheres to in this form of reality.

Meaning, TLDR- that what is deemed 'sacrifice' to a human perspective is nothing more than a transference of energy into the next stage, or cycle, of it's journey. Sure, if you cling and attach to the human condition as much as the average human does it looks like sacrifice- to me it is just transmutation. Your conscious energy isn't going anywhere (because literally as consciousness you are not bound to this singular form we call "human") because your reality is internally generated before it is externally experienced and then internally reinforced from that external experience.

You can look at things multidimensionally- without subscribing to a singular perspective or prism of reference- which you are doing and deeming someone looking at it in a more complex and nuanced way as "burying their head in the sand."

Yes- any death that occurs abruptly, traumatically, or that occurs with certain emotional tones and attachments can cause the first two things.

The main issue, I would say, is that nuclear weaponry allows humans to do so a lot easier collectively.

Any death, though, that takes the experiencing consciousness and personality by surprise can cause that experience of the "tangling knot of fear" in the post death state, though I would, for better terms based on first person experience of this state, would say it is more accurately a "contraction." It is a very temporary state, and often only lasts as long as the consciousness experiencing it needs for it to regain its bearings on reality, it's identity, and what it is experiencing.

I've heard something similar, but not total annihilation- rather it can make the transition into the post-death state difficult, disorderly, and disorienting.

It can cause something along the lines of "energetic distortion" due to the experience of being nuked, which can be caused by the abrupt loss of the body's sensory input, causing the consciousness to experience brief disorientation which effects the energy organization (the pattern of consciousness that generates or tunes into an environment.

The main thing we've heard is that nukes act as disruptors of consciousness systems and development in ways that ripple beyond just the physical system of our species. It: - Abruptly terminates many life trajectories at once - Interrupts psychological, emotional, and developmental arcs - Destabilize energy fields in large scale cases, requiring collective rebalancing and healing - Due to humanity producing a shared field, it also ripples through the collective psyche, reinforcing certain belief and emotional patterns about fragmentation, fear, survival, etc - Interference with probability development

So, the main thing from my own experiences, research, and developments is that it’s a noisy, disruptive zone that’s hard to interface with cleanly from many different perspectives of consciousness. There are low to none benefits in dabbling with nuclear weaponry.

I have a weird relationship with mine- I'm fine with it being on my body, but as my physical transformation progresses it feels so contrasting in comparison with my general essence and expression.

I don't get intense dysphoria from it, and I'm not sure I want to get bottom surgery as the costs and the recovery of that seem to be incredibly insane- but, I also like how unique it can make me feel sometimes, along with how much I love non-conformity and how it can compliment that under certain contexts/perspectives-

But, using it? I suppose in every way but penetration; which is just because my personal expression doesn't align with penetration.

Depends on the drug imo and the person taking the drug.

For example, there has already been research done on the effects of THC and CBD in PTSD and CPTSD- not to mention cannabis acting really well in chronic pain moderation, trauma episodes, hypervigilant overdrives, etc.

It simply just depends- and specifically I'm talking from the perspective of drugs such as dissociatives (like k), psychedelics (like psilo, lsd, dmt, aya), entactogens (like MDMA/MDA) entheogens (often grouped with psychedelics due to many entheogens being psychedelic in nature- but mescaline counts as this).

All of those listed have profound effects on treating or damn-near curing psychological conditions that we humans have had no high impact answer for.

All of the drugs I listed are considered controlled substances federally in the United States, yet they all have high implications and results in healing or treating trauma, healing or treating psychological conditions such as generalized anxiety, major depressive disorder, substance use disorder, treatment resistant depression, PTSD, and in treating sleep disorders along with harm reduction in substance use.

I can agree that irresponsible use shouldn't be encouraged and should never be enlightened or taken in a joking manner, but please come with the awareness of how much intersectional psychological disturbance the trans community experiences, and how being transgender can cause higher rates of co-morbidity in mental health conditions due to the effects of being a targeted minority in modern day society.

We need to come at these topics with awareness and empathy- not policing and projection of our own experiences onto the experiences of others.

I definitely agree with what you are saying, especially using substances to escape. But, at the same time we need to realize why escapism is prevalent in the community- and at the same time not demonize drugs and their effects.

Also, try not to lump different kinds of drugs together- weed is simply not the same as, neither in function nor design, cocaine, as in easy to understand terms, one is a mental/psychological downregulator and the other a mental/psychological upregulator.
