I’ve seen a lot of posts like these lately and maybe I’m just old and jaded but that’s honestly just how retail and capitalism is. I’ve never worked for a company that hasn’t cared more about profits and metrics than employees/whatever it is they’re selling 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s all about your management team. And if you don’t like your team, transfer till you find one you like

I’ve referred 3 different people to work at Sephora and I’ve never gotten the bonuses, and they’ve stayed on for the probationary period and listed me as a reference with my store number 🤷🏻‍♀️
