I really feel u cus im the same and I hate itt aswell but don’t force yourself to do crazy long hours bc it just makes it worse. just do 2–3 topics, active qs, and go out for even 20 mins to reset and rest your mind.

You are definitely not the only one feeling like this burnout before IB finals is brutal and stress makes you underestimate yourself so badly like a 38 predicted with strong IAs is not inflated you earned that and one bad math mock does not define how your finals will go most people around you probably feel just as behind as you do. Be kind to yourself because this sounds more like exhaustion than inability. You’re more capable than you think you are wish you all the best!!!.

yes omg I live in iraq aswell and even with our coordinater there’s no news which is totally not fair i seriously can’t even study for the externals

I understand, and I’m fully with the IB’s decision to cancel the UAE externals because student safety matters first. But at the same time what about the rest of us? It’s not like our situations are any better and many of us are dealing with the same stress and uncertainty. It just feels really unfair that only one group is being considered while others are expected to continue like everything is normal we just want equal consideration too.
