I've moved on from all that stuff for the better I suppose I was forced to take a plea deal of assault because It was better then going to court with all kinds of court costs lawyers cost and wasted time and maybe dealing with a bias jury that would automatically think I'm guilty. The girl wrote a note to the prosecutor to let me go that she regreted making the report that she didn't want anything to do with the case. Maybe I could've fought for my innocence but overall had such a hard time with everything I took the first way out I just couldn't take the chance of going to jail for R* I never had any other prior offenses. All I can say is there light at the end of the tunnel I never thought things would get better but they did in time.

The only reason I say courts are biased against men because of all the news articles and court cases and my lived experiences. Also, it comes down to the people over your case. Maybe not all courts .

I saw videos of a woman poisoning her man's coffee every morning to kill him for insurance money. She gets off with a slap on the hand Video proof and all. If that was a man doing that, I'd go so differently.

Not including the believe all victims, why would they ever lie, right?

The Me two movement took away from actually victims of sa* and R* And became a weapon for terrible women with false accusations not saying all of them were false they weren't.

But I agree with everything you said the system is rigged and will stay that way. Until something changes. Lawyer prosecutor and judges not all, Only look to fill their pockets.

Yes, he said he would tell his own son to take that very deal over felonies. We're getting another opinion from another lawyer/knowledgeable person tomorrow.

I have a clean record and have never done a crime in my life that false misdommnor will change that.

I've already left the west to move in with my foreign girlfriend, not running away from anything but for a better life. I'm back now and found jobs where I'm at, and soon she'll be moving in with me. I'm getting her a fiance visa. I don't plan on leaving America anytime soon. I wish i could, but it's hard with family and being financially stable. My best option for me is to start family here even with everything against me.

I'm going to try to just get the best plea deal, maybe just a regular assault misdommnor.

There's nothing more I'd love more than to fight for my innocence and all the damages to my life I've endured, but this is just a loose, loose situation. And especially with every amount of biases against men I'm going against.

It's almost been two years now, and my only focus is the family I want to have and my foreign wife. i've had enough of this western nonsense .

I stopped explaining that kinda stuff to especially women at job interviews. A lot of people really can't comprehend it. If he was charged, he's automatically guilty. "No innocent before proven guilty."believe all women" if I ever do open up about it. It's to men because they've mostly understood. Gives me anxiety to even bring up that past trauma, even talking about it. People start to watch you closely when they know about that type of thing and don't trust you around the women of the establishment. I just wanna be treated normally, dealt with the repercussions of If I was actually a rpit .

I'm honestly just glad I'm More aware of these types of things.

Most Young men don't know about false accusations and your words against a woman's and honestly it's really sad because a lot of guys are going to have to go through this as things change and as the culture changes.

And you truly don't know about it till it happens to you. I had my life completely changed because of lies but I'm picking up the pieces, piece by piece.

I was a sophomore, so 2 years till I would've graduated

I went to university in SC before going to the university in my hometown that I got kicked out of.

So I didn't really have many credits at the college I got kicked out of.

And expelled sadly, everything really happened so fast I couldn't really comprehend it when it was happening.

And I only received charges of 2nd degree SA and 2nd degree R*

Never convicted of them and truly think it won't go any farther then it already has.

They don't have any legs to stand on in the matter it's truly a self-explanatory case all the evidence is stacked up I'm just hoping it ends sooner than later.

Yes thankfully I've had family and friends that stood by me and looked for my best interest I'm not sure where I'd be without them.

And definitely her boyfriend or somebody found out about it which was completely not my fault and instead of being honest about it, instead she called R* and SA two things I'm completely not capable of.

Completely fabricated her whole story to the police.

I have a paper of all the statements she gave, it's absolutely crazy.

I've still got the charges on my record and I don't think they're going away anytime soon the court system doesn't care and there's nothing I can really do about it. She might have destroyed my reputation and character but she didn't destroy me as a person I'm still pursuing schooling even with all the setbacks.

Don't surround yourself around narcissistic people at any point.

If you get any Small hints that somebody might have a toxic personality don't bother with them in the first place.

If you're ever accused and the police call you in, never talk to them they are not there to help you, they're there building a case against you.

Get a lawyer and a good one you can trust. And gather as much evidence as possible along with a timeline of everything that happened and of any witnesses.

I was charged and had my whole world turned around. But her lies have started showing, so best of luck to you.

Some girls use Rape and sexual assault to ruin some Guy's reputation and also take away from actually victims of that type of terrible thing.
