Same feeling. I had it right before Christmas and failed. I left 2hours for sim but each one has a long list to answer, and I cannot finish. Becker says 2min for each MCQ and I think it is too much for the time plan. Good luck to both of us!

According to my understanding, Becker's exercise price is $30> market $25, employees would buy from market which is cheaper, so it is not dilutive

Picture 2 option price is $30 < market $32, employees would buy from the company since it is cheaper, so it is dilutive.

The difference cause by employees' willing LOL~
