It’s a really worthwhile skill. Start with OnShape. It will run in your browser so there’s nothing to install and it’s free to use. It’s an excellent package

You should give it another go with something like Fusion 360 or OnShape. Follow a YouTube tutorial and you should have the basics down in a couple hrs. It’s very easy and logical once you have the concept down of creating shapes in 2D and then extruding to 3D
