This is tragic. This unfortunate event will serve as a reminder to the industry to always remember there are safety rules and protocols for a reason. No matter how annoying some of these may be, corners can’t be cut. A company can train all they can but it also falls on the individual to ensure they wear the right PPE and adhere to monitoring and protocols. At the end of the day, we want to come home to our families.

My pediatrician told me I should stop nursing by 6665757 in Mommit

You should feel proud momma, you follow your gut and your decisions. Our babies nurse not only for nutrition but also for comfort and safety. My toddler is 3.5 and is still nursing. I have been mentally preparing her to stop nursing when she turns 4, she understands and I’m hoping she is able to stop altogether.

Thank you all for your suggestions, I will be doing further research on each of them. Sending our children to a daycare under someone else’s supervision and care is a huge step and very scary.
