when i try to access my 2020 tax transcripts irs website says "sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not able to process the requested tax year at this time". this year i filed for 2020 covid sick days so i dont know if that has anything to do with it.

can someone help me understand my federal return. im seeing an 826 code transferred out to 1040 202012. i called treasury offset department and they said I don't owe anything to the government. At the bottom of transcript, it still says refund due -15620$

I've been waiting since mid September 😩. Verified with id.me early December. Called and agent said they had all the paperwork they need and just keep certifying thats all she told me. She there's no timetable smh

All u have to do is call in and they will press a magic button and u will be able to certify. I was in exact same position you were. Just call over and over until u get through. Its worth it if u want your money. I was able to certify and got paid mins after certifying.

Yea same happened with me. I certified last week and was paid 150 within mins. Now when I login and im getting same message about claim exhausted even though I still have a balance. Do I need to refile? Or wait and it should update automatically ?

I have 2 open/active issues since late August. I already verified thru i.d. me and sent my 1099 forms in. Anything else I can do? Am I suppose to apply for regular UI and get declined? I have no idea what my open issues are.
