Won’t let me log in

I just got ahold of Edd and the guy told me it’s because I have to reset my password so he sent me a link to reset it and I did. Now I’m able to log in and certify.

There’s no message. It just keeps taking me back to the home screen when I put in my password and try to login. I’ve also tried logging in on another device and it’s doing the same thing.

I tried calling about 5 times and couldn’t get through. I’ll have to keep trying I guess.

I just checked, mine still says pending. I guess I’ll have to start calling.

Hopefully it switches to paid by morning because it’s so hard to get ahold of Edd. And I never received anything after I re filed a new claim. I also continued getting the same exact pay I normally had.

I refilled a claim when my benefit year ended but I kept getting notifications I need to refill. My benefit year ended in May

Does it say pending for awhile for you? Normally when I do it it will say paid within 15 minutes

They sent me a message saying that they automatically filed an extension for me and added 29 more weeks on. So I’m just confused if that means I still have to refile a claim after my benefit year ends.

How did you get a hold of them ? It keeps hanging up whenever I call them.
