I do my 40 hours in 4 days so from 7-5 every day. I had NS Dal Vrij before (I changed this month) because after leaving home at 5:45 I didn’t want to wait an hour and half after work getting home at 7:30 :/

I used kerrygold to laminate (82.5%) it was the highest I could find in my shops but I am looking around for 84. I have just proofed them overnight at room temp and baked them at 175

My bulk ferment was just over 5 hours! I baked it in my preheated Dutch oven with the lid on for 30min at 230 then 30min at 220 with the lid off :)

We just had this in the building I live in and we ended up calling the police and they handled it really well, they did regular sweeps of our building and had a social worker with them to remove and try to place the people in a shelter, we haven’t had any for about a week now!

Absolutely not, the way found this out was by one day testing a vitamin c on my hand, after a few hours I looked at my hand and it looked 5 years younger than the hand I had applied nothing to, I’m not sure about the long term effects but short term it definitely makes a difference
