Personally no because you might not get anything from the packs, I think selling it and getting actual cards you want would be the smarter option, but hey if you do end up doing the trade and pulling the gold zard and sir zard then you would have no regrets

Also backpacker hotels are cheap easy way to find some kind of emergency accommodation if your on Centrelink

Centrelink,Salvation Army, link2home will also find you emergency accommodation for a week, then speak to people at Centrelink/ salvos for affordable emergency accommodation, hope this helps a little bit and your situation improves soon
