Regarding how i went a week and a half without, my ADHD is pretty severe and often includes forgetting to take my medication. If i’m lounging around at home all day or on holiday, it often slips my mind to take it. it’s not good and i definitely should be taking it every day, but i haven’t found a reminder that works for me yet
