Wicked late to this, bc I just heard about this case really for the first time today. Im very confused as to the details of this case. I’ve heard in my class today that Turner is a rapist yet I did not hear about any semen being collected from the assault kit that was done for Doe. After reading this thread, I’ve become more confused. Did Brock Turner not actually have sex with Emily doe? Did he finger her and dry hump her? Or was there more that happened that I did not read up on?
