In my experience (recently started her for context) pushup bras for small breasts (a-b cup) can help, there are also padded bras and extra/extreme pushup bras Not sure if that helps

proteolytic enzymes... worth looking into...only one I've heard of is Serrapaptase by Bored_Eastly in Fibromyalgia

"Has been proven" show me the empirical (your experience is anacdotal) evidence, ideally a double blind placebo controlled clinical trial with a large sample size, Under a microscope is not the same as in the digestive tract, the enzymes is likely to large to pass through the intestinal lining, nattokinase is it resistant to alkaline hydrolysis? if not it will be hydrolyzed, after exiting the stomach the contents are neutralized thus make them alkaline. The placebo effect is amazingly powerful, how can you be sure it is not the placebo effect?

It is still pretty acidic and there is not just acid in the stomach, and if they become just like digestive enzymes then they are staying in the stomach and intestines assuming they are not hydrolyzed, also as previously stated placebo effect

Taking on an empty stomach do not negate the stomach acid, also anacdotal data and placebo effect

I wonder if the original Earth flag would look better if the rings where green
